Losing one’s property is losing only a little, and losing one’s trust is losing a little more. Losing one’s health, however, is losing everything.

Like this old Eastern proverb, people today seek to live their everyday lives graciously, free from illness or sadness. Regardless of their hopes, however, people often suffer from sickness or experience a great deal of emotional and physical pain. This inevitably causes a downturn in both happiness and health.

My goal is to use my experience and knowledge of acupuncture and herbs to provide the best possible treatments to all of my patients.

Playing a number of sports and practicing martial arts since childhood, I’ve encountered countless injuries that ranged from mild sprains to big fractures. I had my fair share of acupuncture treatments throughout my youth, and I naturally became more and more interested in treating musculoskeletal injuries.

Currently, I specialize in pain management and internal medicine. The latter is primarily due to my interest in incorporating herbal medicine with my acupuncture treatments, but I am proud to say that I’ve had high success rates in treating athletes, martial artists, weekend warriors, not to mention those suffering from indigestion, bloating, and IBS.

I am a confident and an understanding practitioner. I will do my best to mend physical pain, give strength, and most importantly offer an environment that entails limitless boundaries in helping your health flourish.

Being a woman and a mother of two sons, I take pride in working exceptionally well with women. I empathize extremely well with my patients, and the many years of professional as well as personal experience help me provide the ideal environment for all female patients.

I’ve had high success rates with treating many different women’s health issues, such as infertility, miscarriage, PMS, painful or no menstruation, endometriosis, PCOS, and menopause, to name a few.

Life is all about balance, and moderation is key to a healthy lifestyle.

Today, our lives primarily revolve around our jobs and family. We tend to get too caught up with work that it’s nearly impossible to find our work-life balance, and this is what we typically stress over, which will ultimately affect our health — mentally and physically.

I believe that the stress of being unable to separate work from our personal lives is the main cause of the imbalances in our health. And as an acupuncturist and herbalist, my goal is to help restore the balance from within.

With acupuncture and herbs, I can help jump start your innate healing abilities to rebuild the connection between your mind and body to promote your well-being.

Dr. Steven Jin received his Master of Science degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM) from Pacific College of Health and Science through a full-time, four-year graduate program. He then furthered his studies by completing the school’s doctorate program, which focuses on the integration of acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in today’s healthcare system.

Dr. Jin is a firm believer that the future of healthcare and medicine involves integration, collaboration, and modern clinical knowledge.
